All I have to add is that this is the downtown Chicago display room–we have several other photos of the same setup taken maybe the same day.
Brochures usually were undated, while catalogs had an effective date for prices stated on the cover. We may not be able to precisely date it, but the press in the middle is a 219 new style, its five variants were made between 1948 and 1959.

To the right of the 219 is an “05″:http://vandercookpress.info/years35-53.html#05 made between 1949-58

Behind the press is a large photo of the interior of the North Kilpatrick Ave. production plant (1928-1954). The earliest catalog I have showing this photo is dated October 15, 1941. Available on the “Bibliography”:http://vandercookpress.info/bib.html page.
