I’ve closed up my letterpress studio after 10 years in business and have a wonderful, ready-to-print Vandercook 4-T to part with. I’ll consider any and all reasonable offers. Please be in touch with any questions: email@example.com Details as follows: ——–
**SOLD** Vandercook No 3 for sale. The press is in very good condition and has been kept indoors in a dry climate. It probably could use new ink rollers (2) depending on your requirements. Price for the press alone: $7,500
I have a Proof Press No.1, serial #7553 for sale. I am not sure how much it’s worth, so I’m more than happy to discuss and come up with a fair price. I can provide photos if interested. – Jules
I am located in Toledo, Ohio and I have a Vandercook SP-15 in perfect working condition which I am selling. The price is negotiable, I paid $6000 for the press in 1996, and recast the rollers and refurbished the bed.
In case anyone is interested and had not seen them. A no.1 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vandercook-proof-press-No-1-stand-accessories-/320747732206?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aae0dfcee#ht_500wt_1297 And an SP-15 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vandercook-SP-15-LETTERPRESS-proof-press-/110734059775?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19c843a8ff#ht_9561wt_1282 I wonder what the going price will be on each.
This is an excellent large format Vandercook press. I have wired it up for a test run to a portable generator and it glides smoothly down the track. There is a large metal plate in the bed in the image
