We are thinking of having a deadbar made for our SP-15 and would need to have the “stops” made to fit into the holes. We could have an extra set made. I think you could get a metal bar at most any machining place.

I don’t know if you are aware that these bars are not reliable on the long run, the inner mechanism tends to wear out and give out.
You are better off with a dead bar, furniture and quoins. Plus they are hard to come by.
