Thanks Marc. A .928 bed indicates that it was built for European export. The index card for this serial number (held by NA Graphics) should confirm this and state the European sales firm and perhaps the customer.
Tomas Boly in Brussels previously reported for the census that his SP20 has a 928 bed.
It is the first known instance of the inspector name J. Hlavin on a Universal II.
