Does anyone know how to remove the arm of a SP-15 press without damaging anything ?

Loosen set screw. Roll carriage to middle of the bed. Tap out taper pin, with a pin punch, from the small end. Handle will likely be stiff and need WD-40 or penetrating oil to help ease it off the stub.
