We are having some issues on our SP-15 with a “clicking” noise from the ink drum. It sounds like it’s coming from the pulley/timing belt area. It’s gotten progressively worst the past 2 days and also looks like it’s maybe a little lopsided (or is that just the belt?). This press is still new to us and I know it still needs quite a bit of rehab, but before diving in or disassembling (waiting on the third edition of the maintenance book), I wanted to ask for tips or thoughts here. Any help appreciated!

UPDATE
After Paul’s help below, I removed the timing belt and ink drum to find the ink drum pulley broken in a couple different places.
Upon further inspection, it was definitely the drum pulley. See below photo – it was actually cracked & broken in two different places and tiny plastic shards fell out when I removed the timing belt. Ink drum removed and replacement part ordered from NA Graphics. Thanks Paul!
The belt may still have teeth on the underside but it may be rubbing against the ink drum spring.
I think the clicking sound is the drum pulley. While you’re at it, check the fastness of the motor pulley on the drive shaft.
Thanks Paul! Based on the video, do you think I need to replace both? Is there anything else that might cause that clicking sound?
Replacements for both the pulley and belt are available from NA graphics.
