I just want to make sure that my machinist has the right dimension for the steel rider, and I want to compare the dimension of the Oscillator that he made to the original one, because I just told him to make the No. 4’s copy half an inch longer, haha, I should have made sure before since it was a critical piece.
I find that my Oscillator is a bit long, I still have to measure it, but comes close to touching the bearing arm.
But still if it doesn’t hit it, it’s not all that bad.
I see you got your answer on Briar Press: oscillator 13 – 3/16″ inches long and rider 16 – 3/16″.
I had just seen four SP15s the previous week …
