I just received a request for the specs for the cores for a No 1 Reprex. this is the same one posted on Briar press. I will make a drawing and share a pdf on this site.
I need:
– diameter and number of teeth on gear––– ideally a scan of a rubbing or print of the gear

Fantastic! The person requesting this info hasn’t used this press yet, it belongs to a school. I Marked out the info about the cores because she located them. However, if you’ve made drawings I’d love to post them. I especially like to have the gear specs and know if there’s any machining on the journal ends of the cores.
Paul I can send you all of the above information tonight. I don’t have the information in front of me, but I machined new cores and gears and had them covered for my Reprex a few months back.
