I need to adjust the roller height on our Universal III and am wondering if there is a trick to it. I was able to turn the knobs on the back rollers slightly, enough to get to a good height. But the front roller knobs do not move at all. Wondering if there is a trick or are they just stuck? Thanks.

Universals, The SP20 and SP25 were originally equipped with a special thin wrench. A common 1/4″ open wrench is a good substitute.
I forgot to mention that I tried unlocking the set screws and could not get them to budge. I have since found out that it may require a special wrench because the hex head screw is so small. Are there alternatives?
