Vandercook No. 4 Roller Clutch Plate Bearing

Does anyone know the original O.D. of the bearing that engages the Roller clutch plate? I’m thinking the one I have is very worn and not engaging the clutch plate. It does look like the wedge on the press has already been spaced out about an 1/8th inch. I could space it out more. but if i could source a bearing that’s larger I think that would be a better fix. If anyone has one please let me know. thanks

Tony, I misread the photo with the clutch plate. Glad to know that wear to it isn’t a factor. Clutch pins should be 1.5″ long.I just emailed you about them.

The bearing looks to be the correct diameter. (The circumference is crowned.)
The shims also appear to be the OEM standard amount. You can add more until you replace the MR-110 Clutch Pins, which should be rounded.
I can see that the clutch plate has divots from the pins but can be brazed.
